All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software—including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets—are the exclusive property of Zorro Cheats or its licensors.



2.2 Feedback



Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Zorro Cheats without compensation or obligation. Zorro Cheats may use such feedback to improve its products or services.





3. Software Updates and Support




3.1 Updates



Zorro Cheats may release updates or new versions of the Software at its discretion. Installing updates is optional but may be necessary for continued functionality.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed. Support may include assistance with installation, troubleshooting, or general usage. However, support does not include refunds, replacements, or guarantees of functionality.





4. Payment, Refunds, and Chargebacks




4.1 All Sales Are Final



All purchases made through Zorro Cheats are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.



4.2 No Refund Policy



Due to the digital nature of the products and the risk of misuse or unauthorized distribution, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. Please ensure that you understand what you are purchasing before completing your transaction.



4.3 Chargeback Policy



By agreeing to these Terms and completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes. Any attempt to reverse a charge without prior communication will result in:


  • Immediate revocation of your license.
  • A permanent ban from all Zorro Cheats services.
  • Your information being blacklisted.
  • Legal action to recover damages from fraudulent disputes.






5. Termination of Access




5.1 Voluntary Termination



You may cease using the Software at any time. Upon termination, you must delete all copies in your possession and discontinue use.



5.2 Termination by Zorro Cheats



We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

You are strictly prohibited from accessing or using this Software if you are affiliated with, employed by, or acting on behalf of the following entities:

  • Battlestate Games Ltd

  • Cfx.re



This restriction applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, and agents—both current and former.





7. Disclaimer of Warranties



The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Zorro Cheats expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.





8. Limitation of Liability



To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zorro Cheats and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.





9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction




9.1 Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.



9.2 Jurisdiction



All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.





10. General Provisions




10.1 Entire Agreement



These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Zorro Cheats with respect to the Software and supersede any prior agreements.



10.2 Modifications



We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication.



10.3 Severability



If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.



10.4 No Waiver



Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.




By purchasing or using Zorro Cheats Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service — including the all sales are final policy, no refunds policy, support via Discord only, and no chargeback agreement.
